In more than 40 years of exclusive criminal trial practice, I have tried more than 300 jury trials in state and federal courts throughout California. I am certified as a criminal law specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

I am admitted to all California federal district courts as well as federal district courts in Washington, Utah and Nevada.

I have argued cases before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, the California Supreme Court and several California courts of appeal.
I have been selected for inclusion in California Super Lawyers in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. I have been AV Peer Review Rated through Martindale-Hubbell (the highest rating) since 1971.
